1. The tank contains various vapors that have evaporated, and these have a certain degree of corrosiveness. The Hc pressure transmitter was once used to measure pressure, but the diaphragm corroded after a short time. 4. I once built a float level gauge myself, but the float tended to get stuck. 5. Even connecting pipes with steam jackets tend to get clogged frequently and need to be cleared.
