How can I learn to use Siemens’ S7-200 more quickly? I hope professionals can give some advice
The 200 model was discontinued this year; it is recommended to learn *200 Smart, with the programming software being Micro/Win Smart. Finding an example of someone else’s program and imitating it to write code on your own will lead to faster progress. Furthermore, Siemens is very open with its documentation; it’s available everywhere, so read more, think more, and draw more conclusions.
I would appreciate more of your guidance. I used to work with DCS, but recently I returned to my hometown where people prefer to use PLCs; therefore I’m trying to learn about them
Find an example program! Watch while learning to knit by yourself. It would be better if there was hardware for testing!
What brand is DCS? In fact, DCS has a larger market share in practical applications compared to PLCs
If learning PLC could be done quickly, then those who offer PLC training would be able to close down their businesses! Accumulate bit by bit in a down-to-earth manner! Unless you have an incredibly fast mind!
I recommend the Siemens Technology Forum: http://www.ad.siemens.com.cn/club/bbs/welcome.aspx. For the rest, you just need to learn on your own*. 200 is quite simple; with some effort, you’ll be able to get the hang of it quickly
Go to the Siemens industrial control forum and check out some materials there! Practice more!
