What approval procedures are required to open electrical instrument panels in explosion-proof areas? Or rather, what kind of approval forms need to be filled out? If anyone has similar forms, please share them for reference. Thank you very much :)

Permits for inspection, maintenance, and power outage work vary depending on the company’s regulations. The prerequisite is safety, with proper detection of flammable gases on site.
It may also depend on the explosion-proof design or classification of the electrical panel. Some two-wire intrinsically safe instruments can be opened while still powered on at the site; those of Class IA in particular can be used directly in Zone 0. I’m not sure if any special procedures are required, but instruments with an intrinsically safe certification can be operated and maintained while still powered on at the site.
