GB/T50892-2013: The solenoid valves used on site here are all 1.5 square millimeters in cross-sectional area; does this not comply with the standards?
It is not appropriate to standardize. The reason is that the wire diameter is too small, resulting in a large voltage drop from the power supply to the site, which may prevent the solenoid valve from functioning properly. It is necessary to consider the power of the solenoid valve and the power supply distance, and to determine whether the maximum voltage drop meets the power supply quality requirements specified in the solenoid valve’s user manual.
The DO signal of the solenoid valve is essentially a power supply, similar to a four-wire power supply. The specifications are written rather vaguely.
When reviewing the specifications, focus on the parts that indicate \"it is advisable to\" and \"it should be done\"; these are suggestions, but they don’t have to be followed – as long as it suits one’s own needs; The other one is that it must be done.

Use it with confidence; there’s no problem. It is usually 1.5, unless the distance is large and the voltage drop is high, causing the solenoid valve to fail to function; in that case, 2.5 is used.
I feel that the specifications on this point are a bit vague; this solenoid valve can be one that is installed on a pipeline, or it can be a solenoid valve for pneumatic valves. If it is the former, then choose 2.5 according to the specifications. But for the latter, they are all low-power solenoids; 1.5 is chosen for all items.
