How is instrument calibration carried out in your companies? 1. Are all instruments subject to mandatory inspection calibrated on a periodic basis? How is it achieved? 2. How is the cycle for instruments that are not subject to mandatory inspection determined, and what is the implementation status? 3. What is the number of people or percentage dedicated to instrument calibration? 4. Do electrical measuring instruments also need to be calibrated as required?
1. Not all of them; generally, spare parts are used just to make up the numbers. You know how it is in chemical plants. 2. Replace non-mandatory inspection instruments only when they are broken. 3. Due to the lack of established standards, there are no full-time instrument calibration personnel. 4. Electrical measuring instruments used for trade settlement or safety protection must also undergo mandatory regular calibration. Insulation resistance meters and ground resistance meters both fall under the category of safety protection devices ; Voltage & current transformers, as well as meters, fall under trade settlement.

Everyone, have the critical inspection instruments been checked on a regular basis? For example, are large devices such as vortex flowmeters and water meters removed for calibration? Are orifice plates and similar items also removed for inspection? One in use and one as backup, with a bypass? What other types of rulers are there? Among the strict enforcement lists, **only a few enforce the rules strictly. Could you give some examples of items that are not subject to mandatory inspection and those that are, indicating which ones are actually inspected and which are not?

To date, whether it comes to mandatory inspections or voluntary ones, I have not encountered a single company that complies fully with **legal requirements, including those certified for metrological standards. I really don’t know which other company has managed to do this; I want to learn how *ha* they did it! If everyone fails to comply with these regulations over the long term, should these laws be adjusted?
