The mouse arrow does not appear on the Intouch

Today I noticed that the mouse cursor does not appear on the window viewer interface of Intouch; closing the interface and restarting it doesn’t change anything, but the mouse cursor works normally on the Windows XP desktop. I don’t know what the reason is; has anyone experienced this?
Window Viewer is a higher-level software developed by Kangjisen itself; if the issue is not resolved after restarting the system, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer has the most say regarding their own products.
Is it the XP system or Intouch? But the mouse works normally on the desktop, while it doesn’t function properly in Viewer
