Why is the run button gray after installing Tristation1131?

Why is the operation button gray after installing Tristation1131? The communication data on Intouch shows normal, so interlocking is possible. The version is V4.70 – is that normal? According to the tutorial, the start, pause, and stop buttons are all clickable, but why are these buttons grayed out in my case? Please help, experts.
Please confirm that the software is connected to the device; it cannot run if no connection is established after downloading the program.
Is it the V4.7 version of the 1131 configuration software that allows operation in a SIS system without connecting to a controller? I tried turning off 1131, and the viewer was still able to communicate with the field’s analog switches, and interlock functions continued to work as usual.
I notice that there seem to be relatively few talents in our Haichuan Automation field – not many people reply when questions about automation are asked!

If you just shut down the 1131 software, the controller can still connect to the HMI; try shutting down DDE and see if a connection is still possible The stop button is gray because you are already connected; I ran it using simulation version 4.9, so please compare.
DDE really can’t be stopped, haha. I understand this, but it seems there’s a misunderstanding regarding its functionality; thanks for the clarification
