Has anyone used an online analyzer that can measure the concentration of high-purity hydrochloric acid with accuracy of 31%-38%? It was originally an Emerson online analyzer that used conductivity measurement; its built-in curves could only measure HCl concentrations between 0% and 18%. The manufacturer asked us to create our own curves for the 30%-38% range, but even after creating those curves and installing them in the bypass valve, there was no effect at all

DKK’s inductive conductivity analyzer can detect concentrations of 30–40% hydrochloric acid, but it requires a specific operating temperature range. Also, for issues related to the analyzer, it’s best to ask in the analysis forum, where there are more users who can provide answers.

Why not give it a try with a refractometer, based on the principle of measuring changes in refractive index caused by changes in the concentration of the medium?
