The OK light is not on, and the BYASS light is also not on. What’s the reason?
Is these 42M measuring the displacement signal? Connect to the rack using software and take a look
I wonder what the plug at the front is for?
Take a look at the diagnostic events and try plugging it in and out again

The BUFFER port is generally used for diagnosis
1. Are they newly installed 3500/42 cards? If so, connect them to the network to check the configuration and see if all 4 channels are in the ACTIVE state, to confirm whether this matches the actual usage scenario, where only 2 channels are actually in use. In fact, all 4 channels are activated, which causes the software to think there is a problem, and the OK light will not return to normal. It needs to be modified to match the actual display used. 2. There is a problem with the backup power supply board; replace it and check whether normal operation is restored. 3. It’s a problem with the 42M card itself; replace it or swap it with another one, then reinstall the 3500 program to see if normal operation can be achieved.
