There are two such temperature transmitters; one works properly while the other does not. The heat resistance signals coming in are fine, and there are no issues with the signals reaching the DCS system – it’s just the output that is problematic. Is there any instruction manual for this?

Consider the following questions: Do the range resistance values of the two resistors correspond to temperature changes?; Measure whether the resistance circuit generates interference voltage due to interference ; Is the shielding layer grounding up to standard? ; Temperature-induced damage
Go to the DCS and measure the resistance value; if it is present, then it’s a problem with the DCS, probably due to an incorrect connection point. If there is no resistance value, check the meter to see if there is any output.
The wire being fine doesn’t mean it has no resistance.
This type of isolator is prone to breaking down anyway
As can be seen from the image provided by the poster, this temperature converter is of the type with one input and two outputs. It is also possible to check the settings for the output type inside the device, and then test whether the signal from the other output channel functions properly in order to determine if there is a fault with the temperature conversion.
What does \"no output\" refer to? ? Is there no output on the meter? ? Then use a multimeter to measure the 4-20mA signal value at the output point
Your output is abnormal – are you referring to the display on the loosener gauge, or the DCS display? If the loosener shows abnormal readings, you need to check the configuration (or replace it with another loosening module). If there is a problem with the DCS output, you may want to check whether the 4-20mA input value is correct; you can also use a signal generator to supply a signal and see if the display works properly
