The method for installing pipe flanges is as follows: The V-cone flow meter has a flange at each end, which are connected to the flanges on the pipes. This is a commonly used connection method in industry, especially suitable for connecting pipes of various diameters. With this installation method, the flow meter can be installed separately from the differential pressure transmitter; it is typically used for measuring the flow rate of steam and high-temperature fluids. 2. The flange-mounted installation method involves equipping both ends of the V-cone flow meter with flanges; when the pipes to be connected do not have flanges, welding can be used for connection, after which the V-cone flow meter is installed between those flanges. 3. The pipeline welding installation method involves directly welding the V-cone flow meter to the pipeline, without the use of flanges; this approach results in lower installation costs, as it eliminates the need for 4 flanges. It is suitable for installing large-diameter flow meters and represents a one-time installation method.
