Waste incineration plants should set the maximum measurement value (full-scale value) of the CEMS according to actual operational requirements. When pollutant concentrations are low, a lower full-scale value should be chosen to prevent errors in the readings from affecting the monitoring results; when pollutant concentrations are high, a higher full-scale value should be set to ensure that the monitored values do not fall below the actual emission levels. In cases where pollutant concentrations fluctuate significantly, the monitoring unit should have the capability to switch automatically between different ranges. When the full-scale value of the analytical instrument is 50 mg/m3 or less, the detection limit should be 1.0 mg/m3 or less. The range has an automatic switching function; may I ask if automatic switching is possible?
It’s possible; the range of the on-site meter can be switched automatically, and a signal will be sent to your system to trigger the range change, allowing you to make the switch simultaneously.
