How are external ultrasonic flowmeters?

Are there any ultrasonic flowmeters that work? I want to measure the flow rate in a DN200 wastewater pipe; I’ve never used one before, so I’m not sure if it’s suitable
I haven’t used it; personally, I think for water that isn’t too dirty, an orifice plate flow meter will suffice.
It works perfectly fine even with low precision requirements; it is cost-effective and easy to install

If the accuracy requirement is not very high, this is an excellent choice
The flow meter comes with adhesive for measurement purposes; it is used to stick the two sensing probes tightly to the pipeline, with a distance of around 30–50 cm between them. Once the parameters are adjusted, it can be used, but its accuracy is not high, making it suitable for statistical purposes only.
I have used GE products before to check whether orifice plate flow meters are accurate

Water metering has always been in use in our company. However, the external-mounted types are mainly used for pipes with a diameter of less than DN100; although they are convenient to use, their accuracy is quite low. The workshops often report inaccurate measurements. For pipes with a diameter of DN200, insert-type ultrasonic flow meters provide more accurate readings.
