This solution combines wireless data acquisition with upper-layer analysis software, enabling real-time monitoring of parameters such as the temperature and vibration of pumps on-site, and uploading this data to the analysis software for alarm analysis and waveform display. Once excessive temperature or abnormal vibration is detected, the system will immediately send an alarm message to the remote terminal, alerting maintenance personnel to take prompt action by shutting down the faulty motor and switching to a backup motor, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the production line. At the same time, the analysis software performs intelligent analysis and diagnosis on the collected data to enable predictive maintenance, and provides fault diagnosis charts and reports to help users better understand the equipment’s condition and maintenance requirements. Intelligent predictive maintenance is one of the highlights of this solution. By using intelligent data analysis to generate various types of charts and export intelligent diagnostic reports, it is possible to identify potential faults in a timely manner, and intelligent analysis can also provide maintenance personnel with targeted suggestions for maintenance.
