I have been working in the instrumentation industry for seven or eight years, having done maintenance work, construction work, and management tasks. I think maintenance is the most boring thing – it’s just repeating the same tasks day after day, and if that doesn’t work, then replace a part. What I most want to do is work on construction and selection. How do the experts learn to take charge of a project from start to finish on their own? Discuss the experience
