What documents does the DCS manufacturer in a new project need to be provided by the design institute?
Instrument index, alarm interlock setpoint table, instrument circuit diagram, interlock logic diagram, description of complex control circuits. Sometimes the «Cable and Wire External Connection System Diagram» is also required
I/O list, interlock logic diagram, interlock condition table, high and low alarm values, power distribution condition table; also please explain requirements such as backup points. If you configure it yourself, you only need to provide the I/O list and power distribution requirements; if you let the manufacturer do it, provide everything.
