Our company wants to switch to using mass flow meters for the loading of fuel oil, with the aim of reducing the workload associated with weighing and improving efficiency. Is there such a design solution? What type of mass flow meter would be suitable, and what valves would work well in combination with a batch controller for accurate quantification during loading? The flow rate is around 120 tons per hour; the fuel oil is similar to 120# and 180# fuel oil, and the temperature is around 50 degrees. Thank you

It’s best to find a complete set of designs and purchase products of good quality. If the design is poor, it might be blamed on the use of a substandard mass flow meter. It is best to choose Rosemount or Yokogawa mass flow meters
Weighbridges use static measurement; their theoretical precision is at the ten-thousandth level, with little additional error. Flow meters perform dynamic measurement, with a theoretical accuracy of the thousandth level; moreover, this theoretical accuracy does not take into account errors that occur at low flow rates. There are so many flowmeters used for small-signal rejection – do you know why not? Because, as their dogs say, they aren’t capable of measuring accurately; since they can’t do it properly, they cut off the tail completely. Then they pretend to be a woman, trying to deceive you and trick you into having sex with them. Hehe, get it?
