Choose a quality flow meter with good performance; it is better to combine flow measurement with weighing.
Our unit uses mass flow meters, but when setting the parameters, pay attention to the low-signal cutoff function. The original mass flow measurement was available, but it’s not clear what the situation is with the current ones; if the settings aren’t adjusted properly, the deviation becomes too large. For trade measurement, a mass flow meter with an accuracy of 0.2% is the best choice, as it is fair to both parties
In the end, weighing is still necessary; the seller needs to know how much cargo has been unloaded from a truck. It seems that flow meters aren’t essential. If a choice must be made, for measuring pure methanol, a metal rotor flow meter will suffice if high accuracy isn’t required. For higher accuracy, a turbine flow meter or a mass flow meter can be used~~
