OPC establishment on PKS failed; seeking help

I posted something before that contained many characters and it was approved after review; this time I won’t type anything – please approve it! ! ! It’s this issue: OPC cannot be established. There are pictures; please help! ! ! !
Wouldn’t it be faster to contact Honeywell’s technician directly?
Will they even bother to talk to us? I have his WeChat number, but they don’t even respond to me on there
I’m wondering if setting up this OPC requires purchasing a license, similar to what’s needed for Console stations or Flex stations
It seems that reading from other OPC servers does not require authorization, but running a server does. . There are also 10 points for free, right?
The OPC client is authorized; the free version can only display instantaneous values on the screen
The OPC for our boilers works fine for sending and receiving values; if it doesn’t work, then it simply doesn’t work. There’s no such thing as free OPC – is there any free OPC? I went to another PKS system yesterday, and it was possible to establish an OPC connection successfully; it seems that authorization is indeed required
