The on-site pneumatic shut-off valve closes slowly

Today, I repaired a pneumatic cut-off valve (type that opens when powered). It worked fine when opening, but there was a 15-second delay when closing; it was determined that there was an issue with the exhaust. After replacing the solenoid valve, it worked properly. Is there anyone who understands solenoid valves and can analyze the reasons?
Which type of solenoid valve: pilot? Direct motion? Spool valve? Needle valve? .
There are many videos of such valves available to search for online. It is likely caused by air leakage from the gasket of the solenoid valve seat. For reference.
There is a problem with the vent cap or gas channel
Is the exhaust slow? Is the pressure release from the cylinder slow as well? Naturally, the valve closes slowly too
