Is ANSI B16.36 the same as ASME B16.36?

Are ANSI B16.36 and ASME B16.36 the same standard? For files of the same type within the same project, some instruments specify ANSI B16.36 while others specify ASME B16.36 – are these two standards the same? What is their relationship?
I think it’s more or less the same; the larger flanges might differ a bit
The standards are similar: ANSI is a standard in the United States, while ASME is the standard set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers – it functions as an industry standard. ASME is considered more authoritative, with ANSI drawing on its standards; this is similar to national standards.
