Which controller should be used to control the speed of a steam turbine?

I would like to ask everyone: is it better to use a dedicated speed controller for the control of the turbine speed? Like Woodward505? If it is not used, what are the advantages and disadvantages of using ITCC (CCS) for speed control compared to using a speed controller? Can ITCC (CCS) be implemented by all manufacturers? What’s the approximate price of Woodward505?
505 is rarely used in projects these days; it’s generally only used in small steam turbines
I’m currently using a WOODWARD Protech GII overspeed protector; I’m not sure how effective it is. Could anyone who knows give some information on it?

For the speed control of large steam turbines, it is best to use specialized governors; the most widely used ones are probably those from WOODWARD and Brown. For the control systems, Siemens (S7-400), TRICON, and CCS can be considered (have you heard of them or used them before?)
