How to determine the valve packing specifications?
It is determined based on the nominal diameter of the valve.
The filler specifications are determined based on the valve port diameter; factors taken into account during design include the thickness of the valve stem and the requirements for sealing.

Dimensions between the filler box and the valve stem
There is a corresponding manufacturer for each specification; please contact the factory by phone. OK, the filler specifications vary from one manufacturer to another.
I was wondering if there are specific models for the packing. A previous client provided me with the specifications for the valve packing and asked me to find a suitable model for him. But I found manufacturers that specialize in producing packing, and they said there is no such thing as a specific model; so is there any kind of universal identification code or something for valve packing?
The filler material is primarily determined by the medium, while the size of the filler corresponds to the size of the valve stem. In summary, as the client, one only needs to control the material and the type of valve cover; generally, there is no need to choose the latter, as the specific manufacturer will handle it.
