Help needed: Schneider thermistor protection relay

Why has this relay become so popular? The motor temperature isn’t high either. And isn’t this model self-resetting? The device has been running for a day, yet the fault light is still on. There is another question: is the signal line for the motor temperature sent from this relay? Please, experts, help me out????
Give a normal thermistor signal for a separate test; if it still shows a red light, just replace it with a spare part.
