I would like to ask how to read the legends for foreign solenoid valves

Samson solenoid valve, 2-position 3-way, but it seems to have 4 ports? What do the black dots and white dots in the legend mean?
Based on the diagrams of common solenoid valves such as ASCA/SMC/NORGREN, these black dots indicate that the circuit is open, while the white dots indicate that it is closed
4 in, 3 out, 5 exhausts; 9 is the pilot air. If it is the locator that provides air supply (external air supply), connect 9 to the air source ； If there is no locator (internal air supply), block 9. As shown in the diagram, when power is lost, 5 and 3 are connected; when power is supplied, 4 and 3 are connected.
It should be ON at 5 and 3, and OFF at 4 and 3, right?
