The selection of components for the company’s new equipment was incorrect; a batch of gauge pressure transmitters rated for 0–6 BAR were purchased, when what was actually needed was negative pressure measurement in the range of -1 to 5 BAR. At the same time, the selection table indicates that a minimum of -1.0 BAR can be measured. So can I use HART475 to change the parameter to -1.0~5.0 BAR? What impact will it have?
The measurement range can be changed using a handheld controller, and then it can be calibrated with a standard gauge to check for accuracy; if it is accurate, it can be used.
It should be unavailable; otherwise, there would be no need for separate gauge pressure and absolute pressure transmitters.

It’s not possible to measure absolute pressure, and measuring negative pressure either gives inaccurate results.
The key issue is whether its sensor is capable of measuring such pressure, for example -1.0 BAR

The manual states that a minimum reading of -1.0 BAR can be achieved, but since it appears to be a gauge pressure meter, operating it in a negative pressure area for an extended period may have an impact on the diaphragm box.
It’s hard to say; in fact, as long as it’s powered on, you can see the value on a gauge. There are quite a few sensors used for gauge pressure and absolute pressure that are of the same type – the only difference is the standard used for calibrating the zero point
