I have a question: The Rosemount 5402 can perform a normal self-check after being powered off and restarted. An out-of-range alarm has been triggered; using the handheld controller is ineffective – a computer is needed, along with the RaderMaster software to read the radar signals. It’s likely that the signal strength is too low, which prevents the radar from detecting the signals. It’s also possible that it’s a problem with the radar level gauge; you can try restoring it to its factory settings and then adjusting it again. The radar wave filtering settings depend on the signal strength levels in your installation site. If adjustments are not made on-site after the device is returned to the factory, it will not be possible to determine the actual signal strength there. If the filtering settings are not appropriate, issues such as value jumps or readings exceeding the range may occur
NAN: The liquid level could not be detected. Specifically, there is no value indicating the liquid level on site; the control system shows a full scale or above full scale reading, the current exceeds 20 mA, and the strength of the radar wave signal is too low. The signal strength measured on site is definitely less than 500 mV.
