Automatic valve response time for measured value (pv) and set value (sv)

Generally speaking, once a setpoint (sv) is specified for a pneumatic valve, how long does it take for the measured value (pv) to catch up? Is six or seven seconds a reasonable time in this case?
I think there’s something wrong with what you said; it should be through PID control so that the final PV equals SV.
Yes, but it’s not easy to make the two values equal. In other words, it’s difficult to determine what delay time constitutes a normal range; or rather, it’s hard to figure out at what delay time the PID adjustment is sufficient and within an acceptable level
