I would like to ask if anyone has encountered the problem where the PROCESS DATA module in SMART PLANT INSTRUMENTATION cannot be used. As shown in the image below, how can it be set up so that it can be used? Thank you all. http://bbs.hcbbs.com/forum.php?mod=image&aid=1281552&size=300x300&key=882bdc3f537c9700&nocache=yes&type=fixnone
This one. . . . . . I haven’t used it for years; I’ve forgotten about it. Check if the tutorial covers it.
I’m the same; has the problem been resolved?
There is one possibility you can try: go to Browser Manager, find Process Data & Calculation, use Add view to create your own View, then select “Process Data Status” in Style. Once it’s opened, check whether the value for “Process Data Status” in your list is “Process Data Not Required”; if so, change it to “Process Data Required”. This way, you can add a Process Data Sheet to the tag you selected in Domain Explorer. If the method above doesn’t work, you’ll need to ask the administrator of your project database. It’s possible the administrator hasn’t given you the permissions.
Already tested; it’s not a problem with the BROWSER MANAGER settings, and the issue has not been resolved yet
It’s probably pirated; some of the modules in it don’t work
Then system administrator privileges are required. If the system already has licenses for all modules, the system administrator can manage these privileges in Administration (another application), under Domain Definition and various options under Activities; you’ll need to check the details, and you should ask the system administrator to make the changes.
