Double-flange capillary level transmitter: Both the positive-pressure and negative-pressure capillaries are 6 meters long. What is the most suitable height for installing this transmitter? Or is there any requirement regarding this? (My understanding is that it can be installed anywhere, since it can be migrated, or its value can be set to zero after installation, so it shouldn’t cause any problems.) ）
There is no requirement regarding the installation height of the double-flange level transmitter, but it is best not to have it higher than the upper flange.
Vacuum applications have specific requirements; others do not. It is recommended to set it slightly above the lower flange
The installation of double flanges should be carried out as close as possible to the positive pressure pressure tap
Try to install it at the lower end of the lower flange opening (it’s not possible to set the zero if it’s too close to the upper flange opening)
Actually, either is fine. As long as the 0-position and full-scale positions are adjusted properly, it is much more reliable than calculating based on the instructions.
It doesn’t really matter where it’s placed; it’s best not to have it higher than the upper flange
