The problem now is that when I try to change the unit to degrees Celsius, an error appears and it doesn’t allow me to make the change; moreover, the screen keeps showing \"MV\". Does anyone have the manual? Or how to solve it? Thank you

Personally, I think there are two possibilities here. One is that this transmitter can only output millivolt signals, though this is less likely. The other possibility is that by setting the sensor type to a specific one, it becomes impossible to change the units; you could try changing the sensor type to something else, such as PT100. Of course, if you change the sensor type, the original sensor can no longer be used.
Send the image with the display error; maybe someone else can help you
