Mass flow meter failure

The mass flow meter for liquefied gas is not giving any readings; upon inspection, it was determined that there is gas phase or bubbles inside. Analytical tests showed very low levels of carbon dioxide in the liquefied gas. What should be done? Have you encountered this issue before?
The presence of vapor can affect the measurement accuracy; it is recommended to consult the mass flow meter manufacturer to ensure proper installation

It happened before as well, but it returned to normal after a short while; this time it just doesn’t work at all
Is gas formation or bubbling present, and can it be detected through testing? How is the sample taken during testing, and can bubbles be removed as well? I’ve never dealt with liquefied gas, but if the bubbles are in the pipes underwater, it’s not possible to determine their origin through testing; you’d better look for other reasons for those bubbles
It shouldn’t be that reason; it might be an issue with the flow meter itself
Even if there are bubbles, it only results in large fluctuations in flow rate, but not a complete absence of flow. The flow meter is malfunctioning, and the instrumentation staff should investigate it step by step.
