What kind of level gauge is generally used for control with boiler level gauges? Why do we choose magnetic level gauges for control purposes here? Dual-flange type gauges are only used for display – are there any specific requirements regarding this?
Magnetic level gauges are more sensitive and offer higher reliability.
How is the performance of magnetic level gauges? What is the maintenance level? Is the dual-flange method accurate for measuring boiler level?
May I ask what class your boiler is? Medium pressure? What are the operating temperature and pressure approximately?
Measurement using a balance vessel + differential pressure transmitter
Boiler drum, differential pressure, capacitance, electrical contacts, magnetic flap, glass panel, quartz tube, mica level gauge. . . . .
Magnetic level gauges are available; remote transmission and switching functions can also be added as options
There should be level gauges based on three different measurement principles to avoid false levels. For example: differential pressure type + mica two-color + electric contact.
Electrical contacts don’t work well, right? My deaerator uses electrical contacts, and it keeps failing to function because the conductivity of the boiler water is too low. For the steam drum, I’ll choose two glass plates along with two sets of balance vessels.
