Latest news: 475 is about to be delisted soon; the era of manual controllers is coming to an end

Is 475 going out of business? How to put it?
Starting in October 2018, the 475 units were no longer for sale; they could be repaired and upgraded, but Emerson stopped accepting new purchase orders. By October 2020, all activities related to these 475 units came to an end, including sales, repairs, and upgrades
So how do we maintain the instruments on site? Do I even have to bring an explosion-proof laptop to the site? {:3_49:}
What’s the need for a separate menu? Just pay a bit more and get the Chinese version – Rosemount has already released one.
This is truly a huge project – the menu for each type of instrument is somewhat different
In the Chinese version, only the main menu is in Chinese; the deeper menus remain in English. There’s nothing you can do about it – you have to figure it out on your own through trial and error
