The issue of signing the instrument data sheet

As the title suggests, for instrument specification documents prepared by instrumentation professionals, signatures are usually only placed on the first page of the data sheet. However, in actual procurement, purchases are often made in different categories – is it necessary to sign each data sheet separately? How can it be done more reasonably?
Can’t we create a separate homepage for each type of instrument, and include the signature on that homepage?
As long as Party A agrees, it doesn’t matter whether to sign or not. Some require a signature on each copy, some accept an electronic version, and there are those that require no signature at all
There’s no way around it – the instrument data sheets can have hundreds of pages, and signing them all is quite a task!
I mean on the home page of the classification tags: one tag for flow meters, one tag for transmitters, one tag for control valves, and so on.
It depends on the actual needs. The blueprints definitely need to be signed for each one, while the rest depends on the requirements of the client.
For things like this, it’s necessary to sign each one; otherwise it gets complicated. Sign your full name on the first sheet, and you can just sign your surname on the subsequent ones
If there’s no blueprint, it’s not necessary. Also, after signing on the home page, a seal can be applied across the signature
