What kind of gaskets are suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure boilers

For thermocouples installed on pipes in high-temperature and high-pressure boilers (540 degrees, 9.8 MPa), are copper gaskets or metal-graphite wound gaskets a better choice? Our company installs metal-graphite wound gaskets, and some of those gaskets have been damaged!
Steel pads are better. Use the purple-pupil thermocouple
For this type of steam, welded thermocouples should be used, eliminating the problem with gaskets. You can try using copper gaskets now, and make sure to specify the temperature and pressure parameters to the manufacturer.
Mm-hmm, okay, thank you. Once the measurement points are compromised, it means the furnace has to be shut down; we need to weld them all shut!
Haven’t you installed temperature gauge sleeves? Welded sleeves should be used – how could the gaskets get damaged?
The casing is semi-enclosed~which is why steam leakage occurs!

There’s no such thing as a semi-enclosed version; in fact, there’s no sleeve at all – it’s just a branch pipe holder. Now you either need to install a welded outer sleeve again, or you’ll have to weld it shut as mentioned earlier!
