**Following the issuance of Document No. 116 by the State Administration of Work Safety, it was required that safety instrument systems be installed for two key projects and one major project; please share your insights on how this has been implemented. For example: Have hazop analyses and SIL level assessments been carried out? Has the compliance verification for SIL circuits been carried out?
Same question: it seems that most projects are currently designed according to the SIL2 standard, as the cost of hazop analysis is too high. Is it acceptable to proceed in this way?
We have conducted a Hazop analysis and SIL classification for our new project, and the circuit verification work for the next step is currently under consideration.

According to the terms of the design contract, the design institute is responsible for the task, with the provider of the process package, as well as our production and technical staff, participating in its completion. No other companies were hired.
This is just a trick; the Work Safety Supervision Bureau issues numerous guidance documents every year, and it’s likely that this has already been forgotten by now
