Seeking advice on the selection of pneumatic valves for hydrochloric acid pipelines

Respected senior, I am currently working on an acid cleaning line; the medium used is hydrochloric acid with a concentration of around 20%, the temperature ranges from 80 to 90 degrees, the pressure is 3 to 4 kilograms, and the acid contains metal impurities. To save costs, the valves on the acid pipelines are chosen to be as inexpensive as possible, while still ensuring quality. So, for valves of the same category, are metal valves lined with PTFE cheaper? Are all-plastic valves cheaper? Due to the presence of pressure and temperature, what are the key things to keep in mind when selecting a product? Could you recommend some valve manufacturers that offer good value for money and excellent performance? Imported ones are out of the question – they’re too expensive.
What material is your pipeline made of? If the pipeline is made of plastic, then the valve should also be plastic. If the pipeline is made of metal, then use PTFE-lined valves.
Valves with a carbon steel lining coated in PTFE and sealed by bellows; butterfly valves should be used less often. It seems quite challenging for plastic valves to withstand a pressure of 4 Kg.
