Is there Honeywell training for PKS?

Does any brother know where there are relatively cheaper training courses for Honeywell EPKS? The training provided by Honeywell in Tianjin is too expensive. Are there any third-party agencies that offer such training?
Find a company that works on systems and have them work on a project for a low price; I guess you’ll learn everything that way: lol. But it seems that it’s not as difficult as Honey thought; by setting up a virtual machine and finding some relevant information, one can achieve pretty good results.
