The E+H ultrasonic level gauge is malfunctioning: when the liquid level rises, the gauge shows an extremely slow increase in the level reading, and it takes a long time for it to reflect the actual level. I’m not sure what the problem is – could it be related to some setting issue? If anyone has the manual, please advise me

Remove the ultrasonic device and try it against the ground or other solid surfaces; if there is a rapid change, it indicates that the ultrasonic device is functioning properly. Check whether there is anything attached to the probe, including water.

Try using a smaller damping setting to see if it works
