The liquefied gas flow meter does not display any values

Values are displayed in summer; they are not shown when temperatures are low in winter.
Could it be the LCD screen that has turned black due to freezing? . . . . The whole hair dryer makes it turn white when used. . . .
It should be the type with a black-and-white LCD screen; generally, it stops displaying when the temperature drops below minus 10 degrees Celsius； Some manufacturers incorporate heating elements, so the display stops working at minus 20 degrees Celsius. It should not affect the measurement.
