I need to measure the outer wall temperature of a very small tube (outer diameter of 8 mm, wall thickness of 2 mm) in a water bath environment. How should I proceed with this measurement?
I also considered surface-mounted thermistors, but how can we ensure that they adhere firmly to the outer wall of the tube? If there are gaps, I feel that a water bath would have a significant impact on the measurement results.
