In the unloading area, there is a pneumatic on/off valve equipped with an emergency cut-off button to be used in case of danger; it is required to be placed 15 meters away from the unloading area. May I ask how to choose this valve, and how should solenoid valves and limit switches be configured?

It’s just an ordinary cut-off valve; as long as it meets the requirements regarding pressure rating, leakage level, response time, explosion protection rating, etc., it can be configured in any way.
Judging from the description, it seems to be an environment with high requirements regarding flammability and explosivity. First, it is necessary to determine what type of valve will be used; based on that, the actuator suitable for that valve can then be selected. Such actuators come in pneumatic and electric types. It is recommended that you choose a pneumatic actuator (for example, refer to pneumatic butterfly valves, pneumatic control valves). . . . . . ). This simplifies the installation of the pneumatic actuator – all that is needed is to connect two control pipes to the cylinders at each end. The remaining ones can be connected to solenoid valves installed at a distance of more than 15 meters from you; by setting a power-on/power-off switch on the circuit controlling the solenoid valve, it is possible to operate the valve. Limit set screws are installed on both sides of the cylinder. Since you have a quick-cut valve, you can also choose a manufacturer, who will provide you with comprehensive technical support.
Are there two limit switches, one for opening and one for closing, along with a 2/3-way solenoid valve? A normally closed button circuit is connected in series with the solenoid valve’s wiring; the cable for this button is also provided by the manufacturer. Will the final output from the system still consist of 6 wires? Is that how it should be understood?
The valve is just a regular valve; the button’s DI signal can be sent to the PLC.
The device has a similar button function, but it is not used to shut off the valve; rather, it is used for emergency shutdown of the compressor. The setup involves installing the button at a certain distance from the compressor, with the signal from the button being transmitted to the indoor DCS, SIS, or PLC. In case of an emergency on site, pressing the button sends a signal to the DCS, SIS, or PLC, which then issues a command to shut down the compressor. The same principle applies to shutting off the valve.
