Central control network failure

I have a system with a main control card model XP243X, and it’s configured in a redundant setup. The wireless network card on the laptop is set to address 128.128.2.130, while the wired network card has the address 128.128.1.130. The problem is that when using real-time monitoring and logging in as a superuser, it is found that there’s an interruption in the overall network connection of the control station. However, configuration files can still be downloaded, and output can still be controlled. Sdiagnose indicates that there are faults with network cards #1 and #2; but when testing the main control card separately, it shows no problems. I would appreciate some guidance from experts. Isn’t this system designed with two network cards, one wired and one wireless? If the wireless card cannot receive signals from the system’s wired connection, then it’s definitely a network communication issue.
Is the address of the main control card (including redundancy) in conflict with that of the laptop? Which card does 1# and 2# represent in terms of address?
It has been resolved; it’s a problem with the router settings on the laptop. By default, it supports one network card
The laptop has two network cards, but in reality there is only one that is in use; just make the necessary settings and that’s it
