Search on Baidu Wenku. NASS is a German brand. The price of explosion-proof coils is usually around 300 yuan per unit. The high resistance value of the coil you measured is due to the protection circuit consisting of resistors and capacitors built into it; under normal operating conditions with a power output of 3W, the theoretical static resistance is around 200Ω. To determine whether it’s good or bad, turn it on and use a screwdriver to check if it has magnetism.
