Hello, everyone. I have a pressure transmitter here; at first the workers said that the reading didn’t change, and then the device powered off on its own. Since then, it keeps displaying the message “CLK WAIT”. It’s a pressure/differential pressure transmitter manufactured by Shangrun Precision Instruments Co., Ltd., with the model number WIDEPLUS-BAGP7S22D1S0B1M5SD0JB
The year is over; anyway, it’s lying there inactive. OP, be more decisive in what you do – maybe that will work. You can use a hammer to hit it, or you can pour urine on it. You can also kiss it a few times, or spit on its face; any of these actions might wake it up. :P.
““The value remains unchanged”; it could be due to deaths, or damage to hardware or software. When powered on again, it shows “CLK wait”; the self-check also fails. I can’t guess what those few letters CLK stand for either; I need to check the manual. . .
Thank you. I also think it’s likely that the power-on self-check wasn’t completed, and there’s a fault with the transmitter’s motherboard or something similar. I’m just worried that maybe a worker pressed some button at that time, which caused this situation
If the display remains the same after a 60-second power outage and then the device is powered on again... then congratulations, it needs to be sent back to the factory……
Contact the manufacturer’s maintenance staff to resolve the issue
From yesterday when I called the manufacturer until today, no one has answered the phone; I’m not sure whether no one is at work or if that’s just the way things are there

Thank you, but ours still isn’t working. We’ve replaced it with a new one; we’re waiting for the manufacturer’s response regarding the old one
