Issues with viewing flowcharts in ECS700

Question: When viewing flowcharts in ECS700, it shows a message stating that “the currently selected resource file cannot be edited; should it be locked before opening?” ”After selecting “Yes”, I double-click on the flowchart, but nothing happens; it was possible to view it before. What should I do? Thank you! !
Is it the operation area opened in edit mode? It should be to right-click and select \"Open operation domain on the configuration server\"
Check if there is a blue background checkmark icon in front of the flowchart; it might be locked by another site
Logically, it should prompt: \"The currently selected resource file cannot be edited. Do you want to lock it before opening?\" ”, pressing “Yes” automatically opens the flowchart editor. There’s no need to double-click the flowchart again. Take a look at which step it’s stuck at
