Are there any differences in the interlock functions of the 2 SR flip-flops in the diagram?

Is the function of that interlock diagram at the top of the figure the same as that of the individual SR flip-flops below? In both cases, reset is ineffective when in an interlocked state. Without interlock or reset, it remains in the previous state; if the previous state was an interlocked state, then interlocking is maintained, and in this case manual reset is required to disengage the interlock. If the previous state was a non-interlocked state, then it remains in that non-interlocked state. So what is the function of the part enclosed in the red box in the above image? It seems that the trigger input no longer has the S1 R1 state? What’s the point of this?
When interlock conditions are present, forced reset is not allowed
It seems the drawing is incorrect; it should be AND instead of OR, so that automatic reset can occur when the interlock condition is lifted: lol
It’s redundant; the purpose of interlocking is to avoid forced interlocking, but the drawings already indicate that setting has priority!
