Questions regarding float flow meters

A YYF float flow meter is used for the recycled ammonia water feed; the flow rate fluctuates, and the pointer drops back to 0 repeatedly. I would like to ask what the reason is; is this just the way such flow meters work? And how should this type of flow be calculated?
First, check whether the flow is stable and if there are any bubbles! It could be due to insufficient flow rate, oversized pipes, incorrect selection, or improper installation location. Or are there any impurities stuck inside?
1. The traffic volume is low. 2. There are impurities in ammonia water. You can take a look at the drawings to see what the normal flow rate here should be; are your current operating conditions those specified in the design?
Are there impurities, or is there a magnetic misalignment?
