I don’t quite understand this MRS1
What is the difference between these two wiring methods, D and E?
Isn’t this just a part taken from the instruction manual? :I haven’t used this MRS function, but the manual provides quite detailed instructions

Looking at their official website, the operation manual is available only in English; you can check it out at https://www.cn.endress.com/zh/Field-instruments-overview/liquid-analysis-product-overview/conductivity-toroidal-inductive-measuring-system-cld134?highlight=smatec%20s%20CLD134
The Smartec S CLD134 can be ordered with remote parameter set switching (measuring range switching, MRS), which allows you to adjust the temperature compensation when changing the product in order to cover a wide range of measurement values, as well as to switch between different concentration curves. This remote parameter set switching is enabled through software configuration after the contacts are closed. Software options include: • Remote switching of up to 4 parameter sets (measuring ranges) • Ability to determine temperature coefficients • Option to select temperature compensation (e.g., 4 custom coefficient tables) • Option to select concentration measurement methods (4 predefined curves, 4 custom tables). In my opinion, this feature makes things much more convenient. Parameters can be adjusted remotely via contacts. For example, for the temperature compensation coefficient, there are 4 tables; perhaps a different table is used each time it is adjusted.
